MV Transit - - Responsibilities: Takes client calls and communicates issues with drivers and the Assistant General Manager as appropriate; Monitors radio, telephones and on-road provision of service for quality; Monitors daily system performance and driver sign-in/sign-out; Assists in assigning trips to drivers to assure adequate distribution of trips between routes; Reports operating performance and service issues to Dispatch Supervisors or Dispatch Managers as appropriate
