Dispatcher
The Dispatcher at NH Ross plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and delivery processes. You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling deliveries, managing routes, and communicating effectively with drivers and clients to ensure timely and efficient service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for problem-solving. As a key member of our operations team, you will help optimize resource allocation and contribute to our commitment to excellent customer service. This is a Part-Time position with the opportunity for Full-Time.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and dispatch drivers for deliveries and pickups in a timely and efficient manner.
- Manage and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely service while minimizing costs.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions, updates, and support.
- Monitor the status of deliveries and promptly address any issues that arise during transit.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities and driver schedules.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new dispatch personnel as needed.
