Security Officer - Knowledge Center

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, staff spaces, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with directions and/or inquiries, and address security-related issues in accordance with post instructions; Observe the location for policy violations, unauthorized access, and/or maintenance-related concerns, and relay information to the appropriate personnel for follow-up
