Security Officer Temporary Housing

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a shelter location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and reporting them through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor resident and visitor movement, help to enforce location rules, and address conflicts or policy concerns with professionalism and respect; Assist with security-related checks of doors, gates, lighting, and other key areas, and/or support staff during unusual events, medical calls, or evacuations as directed by site procedures
