What makes us different is our people — accessible, knowledgeable, accountable, and committed to doing things the right way.About the RoleWe're hiring an experienced Service Dispatcher / Internal Writer to be the engine room of our shop. You will route repair orders to the right technicians based on skill, certification, and availability, keep the shop moving, and write and manage all internal and warranty ROs with accuracy. This role is the difference between a shop that runs and a shop that flies — we need someone who already knows how to do it.Compensation: $50,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience and proven dispatcher production. This is not an entry-level role — prior dealership dispatch / internal writer experience is required.ResponsibilitiesDispatch repair orders to technicians based on skill level, factory certifications, current workload, and shop capacityMaximize shop productivity and proficiency by keeping every bay moving and every tech producingWrite and process all internal, warranty, and used-car-recon repair orders with accuracy and proper documentationTrack repair status throughout the day and proactively communicate timing, parts availability, and bottlenecks to Service AdvisorsCoordinate with the Parts Department to ensure parts are staged and ready for scheduled workManage carryover ROs, sublet work, and rework — keep the board clean and currentEnsure all repair orders are properly noted, flagged, and closed in a timely mannerPartner with the Service Manager to support technician efficiency, training assignments, and pay-plan accuracyQualificationsPrior dealership Service Dispatcher and/or Internal Writer experience REQUIRED — this role is not entry-levelCDJR / Mopar dealership experience strongly preferredProficiency with Dealertrack, CDK, or equivalent dealership DMSStrong understanding of warranty submission, op-codes, and labor timesHighly organized with the ability to manage many moving pieces under pressureExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProcess-driven team player who thrives in a fast-paced shop environmentValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWhy Join Our TeamThis is a key seat in a brand-new shop.
