Security Officer Patrol Response

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures and access protocols; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and report relevant details; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to support authorized access and communicate concerns to property management; Complete routine logs, incident reports, and other required documentation related to patrol activity and observed property conditions
