Security Officer Licensed Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and other security-related protocols at a commercial real estate location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property contacts and/or emergency responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, parking areas, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter spaces to help deter unwanted activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and document daily events, observations, and/or incidents in accordance with Allied Universal standards; Support property operations by assisting with directions, answering questions, and reporting maintenance concerns, access issues, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel
