This is a critical role supporting secure access and identity management operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. If you thrive on precision, professionalism, and serving others, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities Issue, process, and manage identification cards, badges, and access credentialsVerify personal identity documentation and conduct background checks in accordance with security protocolsOperate and maintain ID card production systems and access control databasesAssist personnel with enrollment, updates, and renewals of passes and credentialsEnsure compliance with applicable security regulations, policies, and proceduresMaintain accurate records and logs of all issued and revoked credentialsCoordinate with security personnel and supervisors to resolve access-related issuesRequirements Prior experience in a Pass and ID, badging, or access control role preferredAbility to obtain and maintain a security clearance as requiredFamiliarity with RAPIDS, DEERS, or similar identity management systems is a plusStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data entry and record-keepingExcellent customer service and interpersonal communication skillsProficiency with computers and standard office softwareHigh school diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications a plusAbout Us Mikon Services and Consultants LLC is a trusted provider of professional services and consulting solutions dedicated to supporting government and defense operations.
