Responsibilities Conduct vulnerability assessments of related facilitiesAssist in consulting services on building design with clientsProvide recommendations for sound mitigation techniques using proven and field‑tested systemsInteract and coordinate activities with the field offices for proper integration and implementation of developed plansAssist with reviewing modifications to existing facilitiesWork with various security and facilities staff and advise the use of best practicesAttend approved key trade shows, symposiums, working groups, etc.Team and project leadership including mentoring othersRequirements Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree or equivalent required9 years of experience minimum required, 10 preferred, in the building design consulting industryExperience and certifications with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and Homeland SecurityExperience with federal, state and local law enforcement agencies, personnel, and proceduresAdvanced knowledge and experience with physical security aspects of building constructionAdvanced knowledge and experience with IT‑based security management systemsKnowledge of global security operations including Anti‑Terrorism, Physical Security Countermeasures, and Contingency PlanningExperience performing vulnerability and gap analysisExperience performing and leading exercises related to various types of emergency eventsAbility to constructively engage and resolve challenging situations#J-18808-Ljbffr
