Security Officer Access Control Associate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access within the residential location.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related events according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the community, including common areas, amenities, and perimeter access points, as post orders require.; Communicate with residents, property staff, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related concerns, unusual activity, and access-related issues.
