Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location; Monitor access to the location by greeting arrivals, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures in accordance with site protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Support front desk operations within an industrial location by answering questions, directing foot traffic, documenting activity, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive presence and consistent policy application
