Security Officer Dispatch with Active Clearance

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Monitor communications, receive and document calls, and dispatch officers and/or appropriate personnel to incidents, service requests, and priority situations in a timely manner; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining clear communication with site personnel, supervisors, and/or emergency responders; Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, activity records, and other dispatch documentation to support daily operations at a highly regulated location; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter as needed, with working environments and conditions varying by location
