Security Officer Driver Patrol Duties

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing details with site contacts and/or local authorities as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and high-traffic locations, assisting with visitor direction, credential checks, and reporting of unusual behavior and/or maintenance-related issues; Support Allied Universal and site leadership by completing incident reports, maintaining post logs, and communicating clearly regarding policy questions, operational changes, and security-related events
