Appointment Setter - Paid Training

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members to hit sales goals on time and to the highest quality standards.
- Assist in training and developing new team members
- Communicate with customers face-to-face to inform them about the benefits of going solar, including government incentives they are entitled to.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Adapt to various tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team goals and project demands.
Qualifications
- Experience in general labor is a plus. No experience needed. We train from the ground up.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Proven track record of adapting to various tasks and responsibilities to meet team goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills to assist in training and developing new team members.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
- Experience in face-to-face customer interactions, particularly in explaining product benefits.
