Security Officer Patrol Support

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating clearly with store personnel, visitors, and management; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, entrances, stockroom areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns; Monitor access points, observe customer and employee traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance issues according to site protocols; Document incidents, complete required activity reports, and support loss prevention and other security-related operations as directed at the location
