Security Officer Distribution Center

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location; Monitor entrances, exits, gates, and/or credential checkpoints to help verify authorized access for personnel, visitors, deliveries, and/or vehicles entering or leaving the location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Maintain logs, visitor records, and/or shipment-related entry activity, helping to support organized access control operations and security-related reporting; Conduct regular and random patrols around the building, yard, dock areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location
