Armed Security Officer - Flex Multiple Retail Centers

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft activity, while maintaining a professional presence.; Assist with access control, de-escalation, and coordination with local law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when needed during security-related incidents.
