Detention Security Officer - Unarmed

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions within a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related observations and activities according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor movement through designated areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and suspicious behavior to the appropriate personnel.; Support daily operations by following post orders, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed, and maintaining a professional presence in a structured, high-accountability environment.
