Security Officer Access Control

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all visitors, drivers, and/or employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, process visitor and/or vendor access, and report unusual or unauthorized activity to site leadership according to security-related procedures.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and actions in required reports.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, gate areas, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, and perimeter, with working environments and conditions varying by location.; Help to deter unauthorized access, maintain orderly traffic flow at entrances, and support security-related operations by communicating clearly with employees, contractors, and/or transportation personnel.
