Security Officer Emergency Communications

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities within a technology-focused location; Monitor phones, radios, alarms, cameras, and/or dispatch systems to receive calls for service, document activity, and route information to the appropriate personnel; Respond to incidents, service requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while helping to coordinate communication between on-site staff, visitors, and/or first responders; Maintain detailed logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, and help to support security-related operations by tracking events, status updates, and follow-up actions; Conduct regular and random monitoring of the business location and perimeter through available systems and/or communication with field personnel
