Security Officer - Ferry Terminal

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, waiting areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access to restricted or controlled areas, verify credentials when required, and document visitor, contractor, and/or delivery activity in accordance with post instructions; Support crowd management, queue observation, and public assistance during high-traffic periods, service interruptions, and/or special events while maintaining a visible presence; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols
