Security Officer for Mall Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a retail location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points, observe activity across the location, and help to deter unauthorized entry, prohibited behavior, and/or property misuse through visible presence and professional interaction; Support retail and mall operations by assisting with crowd flow, directional questions, lost and found inquiries, and other security-related concerns while maintaining a professional demeanor; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed
