As a Global Security Control Center (GSCC) Dispatcher, you share the responsibility for communicating and executing strategies regarding the safety, security, and protection of all Disney personnel, business operations, assets, and our brands. - Triage emergency alarms & access control systems companywide and deploy resources as needed.
- Respond to various priority calls to timely and accurately identify emergency situations.

- Your verbal and written communications skills are top-notch, and you have no problem interacting with company personnel or executives, guests, and law enforcement.
- Consistently maintain confidentiality of information and professionalism, while also transitioning between calm and extremely active work conditions daily.
- You are an active listener who works well within a team setting and has no problem occasionally working proficiently on your own under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility is important to us, and we would need you to be available to work on a rotating or on-call schedule including weekends, holidays and/or third shift (Potential shifts: 6AM-2:30PM, 2PM-10:30PM, or 10PM - 6:30AM).
