Job Description
Sunstates Security seeks a qualified Lobby Concierge Officer to work at a prestigious software company in the Boston seaport district. The lobby concierge officer will help execute lobby services while maintaining a safe and secure environment for associates and visitors. This position is a full time position.
Job Skills / Requirements
Act as a Lobby Concierge, enforce access control, and ensure only authorized personnel enter the building.
Conduct scheduled building patrols throughout your assigned shift.
Register visitors and guests using visitor management software.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
Provide general assistance and respond to requests in person or by phone.
Receive high-value merchandise and validate condition/accuracy.
Skills & Experience:
One to two years of successful experience in a security concierge role is preferred.
Excellent customer service.
Experience working with the Google Suite of programs (G-mail, calendar, chat, docs, sheets) is a plus.
Access control software experience is a plus.
Outgoing/energetic demeanor with excellent customer service.
Proven track record of quality support and high-performance.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and works with limited direction.
Excellent communicator.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the state, if higher.
Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States.
Must submit to a pre-employment drug test.
Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable.
Education Requirements (All)
High School diploma or equivalent.
Certification Requirements (All)
Drivers License.
