Security Officer Residential Weekends

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, and document resident, guest, contractor, and delivery activity in accordance with community procedures.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with residents, management, and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the residential community and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, access issues, and/or security-related concerns.
