Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and supporting authorized entry and exit activity at a utilities location; Monitor entry points, gates, lobbies, and/or restricted areas, document visitor and vehicle activity, and report unusual conditions or policy violations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following post orders, communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders, and completing required reports on security-related concerns; Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, operational areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues
