Security Officer - Armed Community Gate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and staff while enforcing security procedures and community rules; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report to site contacts or law enforcement as needed; Conduct regular armed patrols of the residential community including common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify access permissions, and communicate with residents and vendors regarding security concerns; Assist with residential property operations by observing maintenance issues, hazards, or suspicious behavior and reporting through proper channels
