Armed Security Officer Retail

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail environment; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, high-traffic areas, and/or restricted spaces for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or potential theft-related activity, then report findings according to site protocols; Support opening, closing, and/or after-hours security-related duties, including checking access points, observing employee and vendor activity, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location
