Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor credentials, manage guest access logs; Conduct regular and random patrols of the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter; Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate with management/emergency responders; Assist with deliveries and lobby operations, directing visitors and enforcing access procedures
