Security Officer - Housing Complex

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and applicable security-related policies at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, maintenance-related concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report activity to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, unsecured areas, and/or conditions that may require follow-up; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, observe for policy violations, and document security-related events in accordance with post procedures; Prepare clear written reports and communicate relevant observations, incidents, and/or customer service interactions with appropriate personnel in a timely manner
