Security Officer Patrol Rover

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, retail location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the entertainment and retail location, including entrances, exits, sales floor areas, common areas, and perimeter spaces, to help to deter unwanted activity; Monitor activity around amusement, dining, and/or guest gathering areas, helping to address access concerns, rule violations, and unusual behavior in accordance with post instructions; Support closing and opening routines as assigned, including observing restricted areas, checking doors and gates, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and/or other property-related issues that may affect location operations
