Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Concierge

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, screening and directing visitors, and supporting access control activities at an educational location; Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel when needed; Monitor entry points, review visitor credentials, issue passes as directed, and document security-related events, observations, and/or unusual activity; Support daily front desk operations by answering phones, assisting students, staff, and guests, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent application of post procedures
