Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a technology-focused location; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting according to post guidelines; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials as required, and communicate with employees, visitors, and contractors regarding site rules and reporting procedures; Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with incident-related inquiries, and coordinating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed
