Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or restricted areas for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and other security-related concerns; Assist with access control, de-escalation, and coordination with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders when situations require additional support
