Security Officer Patrol Duties Associate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a retail location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, common areas, receiving zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and support security-related operations; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help observe visitor movement, support loss prevention awareness, and report policy violations or suspicious behavior; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Assist with de-escalation, directions, and general assistance for guests and employees while maintaining a professional presence and supporting daily store operations
