Security Officer Full Time Patrol Associate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and reporting of unusual activity; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter grounds to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior; Monitor access points and visitor activity, help to enforce location rules, and communicate with hospital personnel and/or emergency responders when needed; Document incidents, observations, and security-related concerns in a clear and timely manner, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel
