Security Officer Digital Reporting Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter zones, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entry points, observe building activity, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel in accordance with post orders.; Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining logs, and assisting with security-related procedures for deliveries, visitors, and/or after-hours access requests.
