Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific access control procedures at a commercial real estate location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and/or vendor access, and document access-related activity; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter; Support front-facing security-related operations by communicating clearly with occupants and guests, reporting maintenance, access, and/or property concerns through established channels
