Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial property, including lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, document observations and/or incidents, and report maintenance, lighting, or property concerns to the appropriate contacts; Support daily operations at the location by following post orders, assisting with directions and general information, and maintaining a visible presence throughout assigned areas
