Security Officer Armed Access Control

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and authorized personnel by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location; Monitor entrances and exits, verify credentials, screen visitors, and document arrivals and departures to help support authorized access throughout the location; Respond to incidents, access irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols; Communicate with site contacts, employees, visitors, and/or public personnel regarding entry requirements, restricted areas, and other security-related procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols around entry points, lobbies, and the perimeter, as assigned, noting unusual activity and reporting observations through proper channels
