Security Officer Access Control Representative

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at the location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access through consistent access control practices.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, lobby areas, parking areas, and perimeter to observe and report security-related concerns and unusual activity.; Maintain accurate visitor logs, badge activity records, and incident documentation while following post instructions and client-facing service standards.
