Position OverviewAs a Subject Matter Expert specializing in Advent Laden, you will support MARSOC training and operations through comprehensive site-surveys, scenario scripting, implementation and oversight of Advent Laden, and evaluation of critical tasks. This role requires both on-site and off-site work during exercises at various locations as per exercise needs.ResponsibilitiesConduct Advent Laden training sessions.Perform site-surveys and scenario scripting.Implement and evaluate individual and collective tasks.Remain up-to-date on current policies and directives associated with Advent Laden.Support unit readiness exercises with surge hours during evenings and weekends as needed.QualificationsActive Top Secret/SCI clearance verified in DISS.Graduate of Advent Laden and Advent Laden Management courses.Experience at the Special Operations Task Force level or higher.Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.Willingness to travel, including two 45-day periods annually for unit readiness exercises (Fall & Spring), with potential for additional travel.Ability to adapt to changing job responsibilities and management directives.$80,000 - $105,000 a yearActual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including experience, education, certifications, security clearance requirements, internal equity, and customer or contract requirements.Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
