We are seeking a highly capable Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to support multi-discipline Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations across Air Combat Command (ACC) environments. This position is responsible for producing fused intelligence, supporting ISR collection and PED processes, and contributing to operational and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will integrate data across multiple intelligence disciplines, apply advanced analytical methodologies, and support real-world ISR operations while contributing to the continuous improvement of intelligence tradecraft, tools, and processes. This position directly supports mission-critical intelligence operations that inform national-level decision-making and enhance the United States' ability to anticipate and counter emerging threats. Maintain documentation supporting training and mission readiness initiatives.Conduct research, trend analysis, and pattern-of-life assessments related to assigned mission areas.Conduct ISR collection management activities using DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) tools and systems.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including collection managers, planners, and subject matter experts.Support intelligence planning, mission preparation, and operational assessments.Maintain awareness of emerging threats, adversary capabilities, and geopolitical developments.Safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.Required ExperienceDemonstrated understanding of Intelligence Community analytic processes and tradecraft.Ability to independently research, evaluate, and synthesize complex information.Proficiency in briefing, writing, and presenting intelligence products to varied audiences.Experience working within classified networks and intelligence systems.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
