Overview Radiance Technologies is seeking a FISINT trainer to support the United States Space Force, United States Space Force Guardians and/or US Army Soldiers in Colorado Springs, CO. The trainer will coach, mentor, and evaluate students on all aspects of SIGINT in accordance with the applicable laws, presidential directives, and Joint Publications. This position requires a talented individual with prior SIGINT experience, the ability to teach and communicate with students effectively, and the understanding to create and maintain a self‑sustained course. The trainer must be willing to travel globally to support mobile training teams, as needed.Responsibilities Provide SIGINT subject matter expertise on all manners of its use and applicability as an intelligence discipline.Prepare, maintain, and update the SIGINT course(s) as necessary.Develop and maintain student records, providing them to the course director.Required Skills Familiarization with the fundamentals of SIGINT and all its disciplines, with an emphasis on Foreign Instrumentation and Signals Intelligence (FISINT).Strong understanding of orbital remote sensing capabilities across all orbital regimes and their applications to all-source intelligence analysis.Strong familiarity with the current Joint Force inventory of space electromagnetic warfare systems and their ground‑based operational capabilities.Comprehensive understanding of the technical differences between types of satellite communications technologies used globally.Thorough understanding of the Intelligence Community.Proven ability to actively maintain a Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS / SCI) security clearance.Required Experience Proven track record of successfully using SIGINT in support of a Component Command or Combatant Command.Desired Qualifications Documented time spent serving on a United States Military Service Component‑Level Staff, preferably in the United States Space Force or United States Army.A Master's or Ph.D. graduate degree in a space‑related field or intelligence discipline.Desired Experience SigINT Production chain analyst, member, or direct affiliate.Operational time spent assigned to a Space Integrated Fires Element (SIFE), Space Control Planning Team (SCPT), or Joint Fires Element (JFE).Direct Commercial sector experience managing, designing, or implementing modern commercial satellite communications technologies.Clearance Requirements Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
