Master Planning and/or Facilities Planning Professional – highly preferred to be a licensed Architect with minimum 10 years' worth of experience and does Master Planning support functions, to include items such as: developing high level Program/Project requirements to include programming with customers and stakeholders, doing space fits of those requirements and putting together Programs of multiple projects (such as enabling projects) to figure out all the swing space and sequenced moves to get to the desired end state, right sizing groups of people and equipment to the right amount, type and locations of spaces for their mission with some room for potential growth. Develops conceptual-level ideas to include sketches, renderings and concepts using IT software products like Adobe, SketchUp and AutoDesk products, producing briefings, fact sheets and white paper technical documents to explain ideas and to seek funding approvals for projects, to include large renovation and construction projects. Should be able to work independently without a lot of day-to-day oversight from technical leads or COR. Should be a self-starter who seeks out opportunities and can react to those opportunities to make facility and utilities infrastructure improvements when those opportunities develop. Needs to be able to work with others as part of a team or independently as the situation dictates. Needs to willing and able to do official TDY travel as directed, in the 10% - 15% of total time range.
