The successful candidate must have an active secret clearance. The candidate will apply analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs while maintaining program confidentiality. They will perform a wide range of administrative, office and professional support activities, customer support services, data entry, research and analysis, and support to customer managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.ResponsibilitiesProvides oversight and administrative support in the planning, execution, analysis, and tracking of resources.Develops plans including budget allocations and schedules to meet various operational project requirements for the assigned portion of the program.Conducts in-depth analysis of a wide variety of sources, studies and/or audits as established/planned in the program requirements.Participates in establishing and defining program plan requirements.Coordinates interdepartmental development of program plans and interfaces with other sections and offices.Evaluates, monitors, and reports performance against plans to ensure guidelines meet appropriate procedures and policies.Provides logistical support for conference planning and outreach. Performs other duties as assigned.Utilizes, maintains and updates various work-related databases.Tracks correspondence, documents, and projects.Receives and documents calls and emails from registrants and the public concerning government actions, directs to appropriate section for response and comment.Conducts research in the resolution of administrative or technical issues affecting program areas of responsibility.Researches and composes written materials and presentations utilizing several information sources to develop documents, database information systems, and debriefings.Maintains documentation and a historical record for projects and provides management with updated status.Participates in project performance team meetings to provide ideas, methods or processes for section performance improvement.As appropriate, learns and maintains current knowledge base of standard operating procedures, existing and emerging regulations, standards, or guidance documents.Writes or updates standard operating procedures, work instructions, or policies; assists with ensuring compliance with SOPs and in initiating and revising SOPs as necessary.Conducts research; develops and maintains spreadsheets, track databases, reports, and presentations; generates and documents information for statistical purposes. Performs data entry and reconciles any inconsistencies that may appear in databases.Utilizes government database systems and word processing and spreadsheet software and generates associated reports from the databases.Participates in discussions, meetings, conferences, and conference calls with agency administrative, subject matter experts, and technical personnel, and other federal agency officials upon request.RequirementsMust have an active Secret Clearance.Must have a Bachelor's degree.Must have 4 years of relevant experience.Position requires strong analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and the ability to solve complex problems and work in a team environment.Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint management and computer software programs.Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).Possess knowledge of applying analytic methodologies and principles to address program needs.Background check and eligibility for a government background investigation.Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a US Government security clearance.Position DetailsLocation: Arlington, Virginia.Anticipated Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $66,500.00.VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
