Job Summary
Salary : $30.92- $39.415

Performs professional marketing and communications work. Responsible for the development and implementation of marketing plans , communication plans , public awareness initiatives, website content management and editing, copywriting , and content creation across a variety of digital and traditional platforms. Work is performed under the direction of the manager and reviewed through meetings, reports submitted, and evaluations of results obtained. Must be able to work nights and weekends as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Public Administration, or related field plus two (2) years experience performing professional work in marketing and promotion; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License required. Experience with digital marketing strategies, including email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, preferred. Familiarity with lifecycle marketing principles, audience segmentation, and customer engagement tactics preferred. Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools, including Wrike and Airtable, preferred.
This is a full-time CONTRACT position with the same benefits as Regular full-time. Most contracts are renewable for terms of one year.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
