Immigration Attorney
French Connection is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic and client-focused immigration law firm known for its commitment to excellence and personalized service. The firm specializes in a wide range of immigration matters, including family-based petitions, removal defense, and asylum cases. With a supportive, Russian/Ukrainian-speaking team, they foster a collaborative environment that values both professional growth and personal well-being.
We are currently looking for an experienced Immigration Attorney—licensed in any U.S. state—who is comfortable with regular court appearances and able to travel nationwide when required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in immigration court and attend hearings regularly
- Manage and prepare immigration cases with a focus on removal defense
- Collaborate with an experienced legal team and take over a portion of an existing caseload
- Communicate effectively with Russian-speaking clients and staff
- Stay current on immigration law updates and procedures
- Able to travel to nationwide
Qualifications:
Licensed attorney in good standing in any U.S. state
2+ years of immigration law experience preferred
Strong courtroom experience required
Fluent in Russian (required)
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage a dynamic caseload
Willingness to be trained on internal tools and workflow
