Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to develop capability for our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable capability for Enterprise Application and Monitoring applications.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop robust backend services using Java and PythonBuild and maintain dynamic, responsive frontends using AngularIntegrate and work with AI/LLM APIs and tooling to enhance application capabilitiesLeverage AI-assisted development tools such as Claude (Anthropic) and Windsurf to accelerate development and improve code qualityWrite and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, Selenium, and/or REST-AssuredContainerize applications using Docker and manage deployments via KubernetesBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI)Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to architectural decisionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and DevOpsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
