This role plays a crucial part in coordinating the delivery of Cemex products, ensuring efficient and timely service to our customers.Job ResponsibilitiesDelivery Scheduling: Coordinate with production and yard personnel to schedule deliveries, factoring in truck capacity, delivery distances, and unloading times.Customer Service Collaboration: Work closely with customer service representatives to optimize delivery schedules.Driver Assignment: Assign drivers for concrete product deliveries and generate sales reports.Quality Assurance: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and promptly address any service quality issues.Internal Relationship Building: Cultivate internal relationships to understand and fulfill customer needs.Load Tracking: Record mix components for each load and maintain driver communication to streamline deliveries.Process Improvement: Recommend procedural enhancements to improve customer service.Documentation Management: Generate and manage invoices, delivery tickets, and shipping documents.QualificationsEducational and Licensing Requirements: High School Diploma.Experience: Preferably 1 year of dispatching experience.Skills: Proficiency in OSHA standards and regulations. Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
